I don’t think I’ve ever given a lecture in front of family and friends as well as academic colleagues and the general public. So it is with more nerves than usual that I announce my inaugural Professorial lecture in Edinburgh on 25th April. It’s open to the public – I hope if you’re in the area you can come along. Crichton St is on the approach to George Square, home of the KPU and the Psychology department (currently, the neighbourhood is swamped with roadworks so abandon hope of parking nearby.)
