Free e-book of articles on non-ordinary mental expressions

etzel-cardena-2Etzel Cardena, the Thorsen Professor in Psychology at Lund University, Sweden, has co-edited an e-book of articles on non-ordinary mental expressions. The articles have all been published in the open access journal Frontiers in Human Neuroscience. (Incidentally I like that this journal makes it clear who has refereed each article.) The other editor is Enrico Facco, Professor in Neurosciences, University of Padova, Italy.
